1. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days, depending on the product’s country of origin and customs procedures. You will receive a tracking code to monitor your order.
2. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, destination, and current promotions. The cost will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart before completing your order.
3. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with intact packaging. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more details.
4. What should I do if I receive a defective product?
If your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at support@bornee.com to start the warranty process. We will request photos and details to assess your case.
5. How do I make a warranty claim?
We offer a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. To make a claim, send an email with your order number, description, and evidence of the defect to support@bornee.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
6. Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
For logistical reasons, it is not possible to change the delivery address after 24 hours from placing the order, as preparation and shipping processes begin shortly after.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, the order will already be in process and cannot be cancelled.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available on the payment platform.
