1. Location and Delivery Time
The products offered on our website are shipped directly from our manufacturers located in the United States, China, Sweden, and Germany. The estimated average delivery time is 7 to 20 business days, but this may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, strikes, or logistical delays.
In accordance with applicable UK and EU law, the maximum delivery period is 30 calendar days from order confirmation, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
2. Order Tracking
All purchases include a tracking number, which will be sent to the email address provided within a maximum of 3 business days after dispatch. This number allows you to track the shipment from the country of origin to the delivery address. Please use the link provided in the shipping confirmation email to track your order.
3. Delivery
Delivery is carried out via the postal service or the relevant courier company. In the event of recipient absence or delivery restrictions in the area, a notice may be left indicating the office where the package can be collected.
4. Orders with Multiple Products
If your order contains two or more items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
5. Responsibility for Transport
Bornee is responsible for ensuring that products arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. After reviewing the case, we will arrange either a replacement product or a refund, according to your preference.
6. Address Changes
If you need to correct the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.
Please note that, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right of withdrawal, allowing you to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without providing a reason.

Bornee takes responsibility for covering any additional costs arising from importation, including taxes, fees, and customs charges. If your order incurs such charges, please contact our team within 48 hours of official notification and provide the relevant proof to support@bornee.com, so we can fully refund the amount paid.

9. Delivery Issues
International tracking may take 3 to 5 business days to update after dispatch. If a product is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, a new shipping charge will apply. Delivery times will be calculated from the confirmation of payment for any reshipment costs.
