Bornee operates with a dropshipping model. Products are shipped directly from carefully selected international suppliers located in different regions worldwide, allowing us to offer a wide variety of styles and designs.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
Estimated Delivery Time (UK)
After processing, estimated delivery times within the United Kingdom are 7 to 20 working days.
In some cases, due to customs procedures, courier operations, customer location, or other external factors, delivery may take up to 40 working days.
Possible Delays
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Tracking information may take 2 to 5 working days to become active in the courier’s system.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer, in accordance with UK regulations.

5. Incorrect Delivery Address or Uncollected Parcels
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to:
An incorrect or incomplete address
Failure to collect the parcel within the courier’s holding period
The customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the original order.

Lost Parcels
