Warranty Policy

At Bornee, our priority is the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We offer a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects for all our watches, starting from the date of receipt of the product.

Warranty Conditions

Coverage of the Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not include damage resulting from improper use, such as:

Drops, scratches, or physical impacts;

Exposure to chemicals;

Contact with water in non-water-resistant watches;

Normal wear and tear or any other misuse.

How to Activate the Warranty
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Send an email to support@bornee.com with the following information:

Order number;

Detailed description of the defect;

Clear photos and videos showing the issue.

Upon receiving your information, our quality team will analyse the product and may request further details if necessary.

The customer will be informed of the approval or rejection of the claim within 5 business days.

Exclusions from the Warranty
The warranty will not be valid in the following cases:

The product shows obvious signs of misuse, such as drops, impacts, or improper handling;

The defect is the result of normal wear, including scratches, stains, or discoloration;

The watch has been opened, adjusted, or repaired by third parties not authorised by Bornee.

Options if the Warranty is Approved
If the claim is approved, the customer may choose:

Product Replacement: Send the defective product and receive a new one, subject to stock availability.

Repair: Send the product for repair at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

Shipping for evaluation: The cost of shipping the product for evaluation is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping of repaired or replaced product: If the warranty claim is approved, Bornee will cover the shipping costs.
