Warranty Policy
At Bornee, we are committed to offering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
All watches sold by Bornee are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date the product is received.
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, including but not limited to:
Drops, scratches, impacts, or physical damage
Exposure to chemicals or corrosive substances
Contact with water on watches that are not water-resistant
Normal wear and tear
Improper handling, misuse, or negligence
2. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please contact us at 📧 support@bornee.com and provide:
Order number
A clear and detailed description of the defect
Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
Our quality team will review the information and may request additional details if necessary.
Customers will be informed of the approval or rejection of the warranty claim within 5 business days after all required information is received.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will be considered void in the following situations:
Evidence of misuse, impact, drops, or improper handling
Defects caused by normal wear, including scratches, stains, fading, or discolouration
The product has been opened, modified, adjusted, or repaired by third parties not authorised by Bornee
4. Approved Warranty Claims
If a warranty claim is approved, Bornee may, at its discretion, offer one of the following solutions:
Product Replacement: The defective product may be replaced with the same or a similar model, subject to availability.
Repair: The product may be repaired at no additional cost to the customer.
Bornee reserves the right to determine the most appropriate solution based on the nature of the defect and product availability.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping for evaluation: The cost of shipping the product to Bornee or its authorised partner for inspection is the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping: If the warranty claim is approved, Bornee will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
6. Relationship with Consumer Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to and does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under UK consumer law.
