In tribute to OMEGA's legacy of space exploration, this Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon features a 44.25mm case in polished and brushed black steel.
Beneath the sapphire crystal, the polished steel dial includes a small seconds indicator at 9 o'clock, a 60-minute and 12-hour counter at 3 o'clock, and a date window at 6 o'clock.
Key Materials
Steel

Sapphire Crystal
OMEGA uses synthetic sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective treatment and high scratch resistance. Produced using the Verneuil process, which melts the raw material until it crystallises, it reaches a hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale, making it virtually scratchproof and ensuring total clarity on the dial.

Automatic movement. Resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. Silicon balance spring, two barrels mounted in series, time zone function. Central hour, minute and second hands.

Beneath the sapphire crystal, the ceramic dial has been laser-blasted and includes a small seconds indicator at 9 o'clock, a 60-minute and 12-hour counter at 3 o'clock, and a date window at 6 o'clock. All hands and bevelled indexes are blackened.
The watch comes with a super-comfortable black nylon strap and a lever-style clasp.
